The structure of shopping center is modeled as 3D precast 1 story structure. The precast columns (550/550 and 550/500mm in main grid 12,0×12,0m – irregular layout some of the modules are adjusted), support main profile Girders (1100mm height) and peripheral rectangular bracing beams (400/700 mm). The structure is completed by T profile purlins (200/900 mm), where end purlins are cantilevered and create the roofing above entrance. For precast structures concrete of class C40/50 and C50/60 is used. The roofing is designed of corrugated sheets and the cladding and standard sandwich panels. The load bearing structure of an attic as well of canopies is designed as a steel structure. The foundation is designed as vibrated gravel piles with pocket foundations for columns. The floor slab is designed as fiber RC slab of 180mm thickness

Easy modeling due to CAD functionalities, that allows fast copying of repeated structure elements. Possibility to use the climatic load generator and load combination generator is also one of the main advantages of using Advanced Design. The design of steel structures can be also easily done as part of one file. And AD allows us to provide preliminary design of RC structures as well.
