GRAITEC is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Cad&Lan's Autodesk and RIB (Presto) software business unit

September 25, 2023 – GRAITEC, an international developer of IP software for BIM modeling, Fabrication and Design for AEC, and Autodesk® Platinum Partner across Europe, Canada and in the USA, is delighted to announce the acquisition of Cad&Lan’s business unit related to the commercialization of Autodesk and RIB (Presto) software.

GRAITEC, with a presence in Spain since 2019 with the acquisition of 2aCAD, an Autodesk partner since 1984, has extensive experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors. With this new acquisition of the Cad&Lan business unit, it consolidates its position in the Spanish market as a leading Autodesk partner in Iberia. In addition, with the incorporation of Presto marketing in its software offer, it reinforces its specialization in BIM for construction and civil engineering.

GRAITEC’s objective is to offer more value to its clients, combining its solid experience in Autodesk and the unique customer benefits of its own software. Developed and continuously improved by more than 150 R&D engineers, GRAITEC’s software aims to complete the Autodesk ecosystem, especially for architects, structural engineers, construction companies and steel and reinforcement fabricators. One of its main products is PowerPack, an innovative set of productivity-enhancing tools that enable customers to maximize the use of Revit, Advance Steel, Plant 3D, Inventor and Vault.

We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to Cad&Lan’s valued customers as they become a part of the GRAITEC family, gaining access to our comprehensive service platform. This exciting development empowers us to provide even more effective support for their successful execution of all BIM projects, ensuring exceptional service quality every step of the way.
