The project concerns the demolition, extension and reconstruction of a spa and leisure centre consisting of hotel buildings, treatment rooms, swimming pool, restaurant and utility roof. The project includes the design of 3 new buildings, 3 existing buildings are being modernised. After the expansion, the resort will have 12,942 m2 of usable space.
Building A1 is a 5-storey building with no underground storeys and dimensions: 42.57m x 17.2m. Building B1 is a 6 storey building, with 1 underground storey and 5 above ground storeys, with dimensions: 38.9m x 12.24m. Building B is a 2-storey building, with 1 underground storey and 1 overground storey, dimensions: 38.9m x 20.72m. The buildings are founded on foundation slabs, partly on footings. The load-bearing structure of the buildings consists of reinforced concrete columns, walls, shields, beams and ceilings. The main load-bearing structure is designed from concrete class C30/37 and C25/30.
In the modernised part, there is a project of cutting out door openings, lowering the ceiling, partial demolition and connection with the newly-designed parts.
