The hotel is designed as RC column, beam, slab structure with RC shaft for lateral stiffening of the structure. Roof structure is made of timber and has a saddle shape. System of skylights is added to the roof. Group of steel bays breaks the continuous mass of the structure. The building is designed with 2 underground and 5 above ground floors. The attic under roof structure is also partially used. The foundation is designed as a foundation RC slab.
Advance Design benefits:
- Possibility to design structures with different construction material in one single software application including the design of the foundation RC slab, where planar elastic support was used. The stiffness of the support was based on given geological layers.
- The model structure can be easily assigned to a system and then effectively and fast managed by using the tree structure of Project browser
