The scope of the study is extension, reconstruction and partial demolition of a car showroom building with a workshop section.  Within the scope of the planned investment, the building will be subject to construction works including; Reconstruction of the building within the workshop area consisting in demolition of a part of the gable wall in order to enlarge the workshop hall. The reconstruction includes the extension of the workshop on the west side by adding longitudinal walls and a new gable wall.  In the partially demolished existing gable wall and in the new gable wall, columns and reinforced concrete cores are designed for supporting the roof construction.  Demolition of the shed and the sales showroom (5 steel pavilions) in order to build a new exhibition hall with office, social and technical facilities.   Cutting doors in the existing socio-technical area and in the vehicle preparation room.

Advance Design allowed for appropriate generation of climatic loads taking into account all the buildings, including those not included in the design (the facility consists of several adjacent halls, so for the purpose of appropriate determination of impacts from wind I introduced the cladding itself reflecting the existing buildings). Moreover, the possibility of foundation on a reinforced concrete slab was used in the design, taking into account the actual ground conditions (irregular shapes, expansion joints). The individual reinforced concrete elements and the direct foundations (footings, benches) were calculated using BIM Designers calculators.
