GRAITEC Renews Its Commitment to the Global Award for Sustainable Architecture™ Through 2025

Venice, May 2025 — GRAITEC is proud to reaffirm its partnership with the Global Award for Sustainable Architecture™, continuing its support for this internationally recognized initiative through 2025. As a sponsor since 2022, GRAITEC remains committed to advancing innovation, responsibility, and sustainability in the built environment.

Organized under the patronage of UNESCO, the award honors architects whose work responds to today’s most urgent environmental, social, and ethical challenges. The 2025 edition, held on May 6th in the timeless city of Venice, brought together global leaders in sustainable architecture to share their work and vision under this year’s theme: “Architecture Is Construction.

This theme echoes the growing need to rethink how we build—by rooting architecture in local contexts (Territorialize), favoring the transformation of existing structures (Rehabilitate), and embracing innovation across disciplines (Experiment). These principles align closely with GRAITEC’s mission to empower architects and engineers to design smarter, more sustainable buildings using cutting-edge digital tools and BIM technologies.

Manuel Liedot, CEO of GRAITEC, shared his thoughts during the symposium:

Architecture has the power to shape not only our buildings, but our communities and future. Supporting this award is more than a sponsorship—it’s a commitment to those driving real change through design.

Honoring the 2025 Laureates
